The Excel lists show the following information: Contact, Contact Title, street address, postal address, Mayor and Mayor Title for each entry (unless they have not been given to us by the council).
You can choose which information is to be displayed in a Council entry. Untick the headings you do not want to be displayed and click ‘Save view’.
The changes will automatically be applied to an open entry. Select Default View to change back your settings.
If a setting is ticked but the heading does not appear in an entry, the council has not provided us with that information.
NB: These settings do not affect what is displayed in the Excel lists.
